The Chocolate Gallery — tours & field trips
A chocolate shop in downtown Bryan that runs school and homeschool group tours: a walk through the shop and its operations, a classroom video on how cacao becomes chocolate and how traditional candy is made, then a tasting of premium chocolates. On request the talk can tie in to what your students are studying — math, science, chemistry, health, geography, history, STEM, or literature (The Candymakers).
