Blue Bell Creameries — Brenham
Blue Bell's historic Brenham home, about an hour from Bryan–College Station. A self-guided visit, not a factory tour: a visitor centre and museum on the company's history, an observation deck over the line where ice cream is filled and packaged, an ice cream parlor, and a country store. Good for food production, manufacturing, and Texas business history.
