Join Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service for Diabetes 1st Step, a FREE educational program designed to help individuals living with diabetes and their caregivers better understand diabetes management and healthy lifestyle choices.
Participants will learn important information about diabetes self-care, healthy information about diabetes self-care, healthy nutrition choices, medication management, and ways to reduce complications while improving their overall quality of life.
Whether you have been recently diagnosed, have been managing diabetes for years, or are caring for someone with diabetes, this program provides valuable information and practical tools to help you make informed decisions about your health.
