Are you looking for ways to strengthen your relationship with your children and build positive parenting skills? The Parenting Connections Class, offered by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service - Brazos County, is open to anyone interested in learning and growing as a parent. This interactive class provides practical skills and information to help parents better understand and connect with their children. Topics include: * Child Growth & Development * Communicating with Children * Positive Discipline Strategies * Building Children's Self-Esteem * Recognizing Child Abuse * Healthy Eating Tips for Families The class is also available for individuals who need to complete a parenting education requirement, including those who may be court ordered to attend. Upcoming Classes: October 22, 2026 | 1:00pm - 5:00pm November 30, 2026 | 9:00am - 1:00pm January 14, 2027 | 9:00am - 1:00pm $35 per participant Registration is required one week prior to class. Participants must register and pay in person at the Brazos County Extension Office. Payments may be made by check or money order payable to Brazos FCS.
