Dance, sweat and have fun as an instructor guides you through lively, Latin-inspired moves designed to boost your fitness and mood. This class is open to ages 16 and older of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned dancers. Admission is free. The class will be held outdoors at the W.A. Tarrow Pavilion, adjacent to the Lincoln Recreation Center. In case of inclement weather, it will move indoors. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
