Learn how Clean Eatz can support the day-to-day nutritional needs of seniors in the community. The discussion will center on practical, realistic ways to maintain balanced nutrition, including convenient meal planning options, portion-controlled Grab ‘n Go meals, and how Clean Eatz café offerings can fit into a healthy lifestyle. The goal is to provide approachable, affordable solutions that make healthy eating easier and more sustainable for seniors. This Senior Social is free.
