Day at Play: Scarecrow Building Get into the fall spirit at Millican Reserve with Day at Play: Scarecrow Building! Bring the whole family and help us build a community of scarecrows for display in the Millican Reserve Pumpkin Patch! Participants will work together to build and decorate their very own scarecrow using provided materials such as hay, wooden stakes, and twine. A limited supply of building materials will be available, and guests are encouraged to bring old clothes, hats, and accessories to give their scarecrow a one-of-a-kind personality. Once complete, all scarecrows will be placed in the Pumpkin Patch for visitors to enjoy throughout the fall season. This free, family-friendly event is a great way to celebrate autumn, get creative, and contribute to the festive atmosphere at Millican Reserve. Please register ahead of time on our site! Parking Please use the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve (19851 FM 2154). Designated parking is at the Basecamp grassy area. You MAY NOT PROCEED past the Farm area in your vehicle. All outdoor events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Registered attendees will be notified via email in the event of a cancellation.
