DESCRIPTION:Facilitators: Ginessa Payne\, Center for Teaching Excellence De
 scription: This workshop helps participants enhance their teaching and pub
 lic speaking skills through microteaching demonstrations delivered in a lo
 w-risk environment. Each participant delivers a 5-minute presentation\, re
 ceiving constructive feedback from a consultant and an undergraduate stude
 nt on pronunciation\, presentation structure\, visual aids\, nonverbal com
 munication and more. By presenting in front of a friendly audience\, parti
 cipants develop confidence\, and by observing peers’ presentations\, the
 y gain additional insight into best practices for comprehensible and well-
 developed presentations. Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to: 
 Construct and deliver short\, well-structured and intelligible presentatio
 ns. Create a visual aid to support key points. Identify areas for improvem
