 hether you are new to canning or looking to expand your food-preservation 
 skills\, this series will cover a variety of seasonal foods and recipes.\n
 \nClasses will be held from 9:00am to 2:00pm at the Brazos County Extensio
 n Office.\n\nClass Schedule:\n\n· November 4\, 2026 – Turkey and Cranbe
 rry Sauce\n\n· December 9\, 2026 – Beef Stew with Vegetables and Pie Fi
 lling\n\n· January 19\, 2027 – Spicy Pickled Beets and Pickled Yellow P
 epper Rings\n\n· February 23\, 2027 – Collard Greens and Sweet Potatoes
 \n\n· May 3\, 2027 – Salsa and Jalapeno Jelly\n\nThe cost is $30 per cl
