DESCRIPTION:On the 4th Tuesday of every month\, Neighborhood Services invit
 es members of the Community to hear from those working with various depart
 ments across the City. This serves as an opportunity for members of the co
 mmunity to have conversations and learn about City operations – while pr
 omoting City operations and services. Previous presentations have included
  an update on capital projects\, the City’s budget\, emergency managemen
 t programs\, and various others.\nRSVP’s to each Seminar Supper will ope
 n on the first day of each month and close the Wednesday before the Supper
