DESCRIPTION:Curious about taekwondo? Learn the fundamentals of kicks\, stan
 ces\, movement and the core values of the martial art in this hands-on int
 roductory class. No experience is required\, and the instructor creates a 
 fun\, encouraging environment where you can learn at your own pace.\nThe c
 lass will be held Saturday\, Sept. 26\, from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. at Southwood
  Community Center. The program is for ages 5 and older and is free. Prereg
 istration is not required.\nInstructor Jose Aponte has 30 years of ITF tae
 kwondo experience and is a sixth-degree black belt with the International 
 Taekwondo Federation. Those who want to continue can join weekly classes t
