DESCRIPTION:For 36 years\, the Jingle Bell Fun Run has been a fun\, lighthe
 arted way to kick off the holiday season in College Station. This year\, C
 ollege Station Parks and Recreation is putting a merry twist on the event 
 with a new 1.5-mile route.\nThe untimed run takes place Saturday\, Dec. 5\
 , and runs along the parade route ahead of the College Station Christmas P
 arade\, which begins at 4 p.m. Line-up starts at 3 p.m. at 810 Holleman Dr
 ive East\, and the run begins at 3:30 p.m. The course ends at the entrance
  to Christmas in the Park at 1000 Krenek Tap Road\, where the evening’s 
 festivities continue from 6 to 10 p.m.\nThe early entry fee is $15 and inc
 ludes a shirt and jingle bells if you register by Nov. 17. The cost is $20
  during the Nov. 18-30 late registration period. Jingle bells are included
 \, but you aren’t guaranteed a shirt. Participants 3 and under are free.
  Dogs are not allowed. Packet pickup is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 2-3 and 8 a.
 m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Stephen C. Central Park office.\nRace day parki
 ng is available at Post Oak Mall (old Macy’s side)\, where shuttles will
  run from 3 p.m. to midnight between the mall and Central Park.\nRegistrat
